友人の作家さんが、そんなかんじで地下を書庫にしてて羨ましかったですね。
通路としての部分は少し掘ってもいいらしいので、立ってウロウロできるようになってました。

友人宅は完全防音のAVルームもあって超羨ましかったです。

I was jealous of a creator friend of mine who used his basement in this way as a library. Apparently, it was okay to dig out the portion used as a hallway a little, so then they could stand and wander around.

My friend's place has a totally soundproofed AV room too, so I was super-jealous.
