    I actually had to google that word.
    Someone really was trying to get a cat's attention and created a word, that, due to how it was spoken, sounds German.

    Sorry to crush you dreams. It's not. It catches the attention because a German would think "wtf are you saying there? It makes no sense!"

    You can try translating it like this:
    Star -> starling
    den -> the
    b[ü]rden -> hurdles
    harden -> "administrative districts" in low-german
    Bart -> beard
