That's not a Type 89 I-Go but a Type 95 Ha-Go (corrected tag). This is strange as the Ha-Go had just been put in production in 1936 and only 31 vehicles were completed that year. In February 1936 it shouldn't have been present in sufficient numbers to take part in the events.
