Besides, Autumn Reitaisai was already held last year physically. This year's "spring" Reitaisai was forced to Shizuoka again because Japan seems to plan on pushing on with the Olympics.

Since it was posted literally the day after this year's Reitaisai, it probably refers to that event. The *comic* clearly refers to last year's spring Reitaisai, which didn't happen. And then some people started wondering in this comment section whether this year's Reitaisai was going to get canceled or not, when it had already happened...
