From what I can make out, fubuki and graf are rivals.Idomiral and graf are in love. Fubuki likes Idomiral who’s gaming friends are ashigara and Arashi. Atlanta most likely likes the admiral. Haruna sees Idomiral as Someone that helped her. Kongou and warspite are tea buddies. Bismarck may see Idomiral as a father like figure. Ooyodo sees Idomiral as a helpless person. Gotland views Idomiral as a childhood friend. Iowa thinks of Idomiral as an otaku buddy. I can barely make out Kasumi on the bottom right, covered by the letters, but i think it says 誰が好き or “who would like him”

Pinchy seems really happy to accept the destruction of ido base.

I see. Must suck to be the admiral because of the hard choices but also is a perk that you have alot of options.

In addition, Ashigara seems to be 'in the same generation' as Admiral, while Black Kashima (see the fangs) respects him, apparently.
There seems to be a lot of trust in that chart too: the Kongou sisters trust each other (Kongou also trusts Idomiral), Black Kashima trusts Black Katori.

btw, Ido confirmed this graph is Nagato's interpretation of Idomiral's relationships and NOT Ido's stance on them, which may explain why Iowa in this graph thinks of Idomiral as "Otaku friend" and not a romantic interest...

... pretty sure the rest of the relationships are not inaccurate anyway.

Kudos to the translators. It's hard for even Japanese people to decipher these small letters.

Warspite to Admiral "便乗・打算? (Utilization, Calculation?)".
Kasumi to Admiral "顔が好き (She likes his face)".
Graf to Bismarck "引け目 (inferiority complex)".
But I think Ido wants to say "負い目 (debt)". We often confuse the meanings of these words.
