I know I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up being who the artist is but I really hoped idomiral went the harem route and broke Graf's heart into 100 little pieces.
I suspect that kurobukki’s continued existence may be a source it comedic relief. Maybe various silly plans or something, I just hope she’s here to stay

As someone else who frequently advocates for Harem routes in situations like this I really have to say WTF. The point of the harem route is to not have to break anyone's heart or if that's not possible break as few hearts as possible.
Looks like we'll be getting the official wedding arc soon. Also, the shenanigans that Kurobuki is going to get up too. The Admiral has his work cut out for him.
As I understand, the gloves were considered something to keep your hand clean instead of an accessory. Thus, taking it off when you touch a person is considered proper manner. Like how you take gloves off to do handshakes.
Did he just kill the other girls' flags just now, or they alive?
As far as he's concerned there are no flags left to deal with. But Iowa certainly wasn't there to witness this, so her hopes are still alive as far as she's concerned, and Atlanta's likely off still being Bisco's assistant, so....Idomiral still has some flags to smash once he becomes more aware of them.
Guess that's one plot line resolved. I'm glad it didn't cut to the other plot line like a cliche.
Only Yamatoski left. I hope Idomiral gets to solve that one himself too. And maybe while he's there he settles the Iowa and Atlanta flags by making his engagement to Graf official at the party?
And boy I really love Iowa and Atlanta and would love to see them having their feelings returned, but like I said before the Graf arc and this arc have set the bars so high that it'd be extremely difficult for the two to top Graf. If Kurobukki, the special one with a connection with Idomiral from the past and the first one to openly confess to him, lost, their chances are even slimmer.
This is probs the first KanColle work that actually makes me conflicted to cheer for harem end or for The One Girl end.

I imagine all the other shipgirls that have feelings for Idomiral will understand it's unfortuantely over once the news of propper ring for Graf reaches them.

Thing is, her special connection from the past is just that; Graf developed Admiral's feelings over a considerable long time and helped him become a better person, going from an absent character to an actual member of the cast, while Fubuki was only a girl that made an impact on his beliefs and never interacted with him.
Iowa and Atlanta may have an actual chance, but for that they would need to make a considerable effort instead of simply confessing on the spot like Kurobuki did here.
This ring business reminds me of one with Kaga and her admiral, continuing about a discussion of provisional marriage the admiral give Kaga the ring to see if she feels any stronger after trying it on she responds on no change and the Admiral takes a peek at the ring exclaims panicked 'Oops, wrong ring' switches it with another and Kaga suddenly gets an aura depicting a stat boost, after which she asks 'So what was that other ring for?'
