I bring bad news. Following his twitter it seems there won't be anything today. Mizuki Hitoshi had severe eye problems including impaired field of vision. According to his doctor his blood pressure was so high it might have damaged blood vessels in his eyes. I sure hope it's nothing permanent.

The tweet essentially just says what Schrobby already said... he began seeing "noise", doctor is guessing (doesn't sound too sure) high blood pressure in the veins in the back of the eye temporarily seems to have caused it. The medicine he got made his vision blurry and he couldn't use his phone for a while. Right now he's apparently seeing rainbows, but he sounds cheerful. He's happy it was a problem with his eyes rather than his brain. In his words, "I thought I was being isekai'd!" Will be taking some time off from drawing. Sounds like his blood pressure was 140?
