Dare I ask for an explanation?

Cirno (ちるの) is sometimes shown spelling her name "saruno" (さるの); she mistakenly flips the first character because she's ⑨.

"saru no" can mean "of the apes", so "Planet of the Apes" turns into "Saruno Planet" and thus "Cirno Planet".

I can see Marisa saying. "Take your stinking paws off me you damn dirty ⑨."

Would be more funnier if it was Planet of the ⑨

Fixed up the translation to explain the second part.

I think a nice equivalent pun would be "Planet of the Eights"
