"Ear got pregnant" is a common Chinese expression nowadays. It describe one hearing some very pleasant sound (music/song/etc) that almost make their ear come and climax, and as euphemism it got extended and referred to as the ear got pregnant.
The artist further extend the concept of pregnant to giving born to a little ear.
