This just got announced and the lead MS is already up for an MG gunpla

This series is an MSV manga it seems, there's also a movie sequel to the TV series and a new SEED game coming, neither of which have titles yet.

It has some, big feet. Transformable. Looks overall, interesting I suppose.

This might be one of those rare transformation gimmicks where the gundam isnt just fliped upside down as it seems to resemble the vector mars from aquarion in a way then again the Aegis in MA form isnt "normal" by gunpla standards

Going by Anime News Network, the movie announcement is more of a confirmation that production has begun on producing the movie. The actual announcement of them working on a Gundam Seed movie occurred back in 2006 at the Sony Music Anime Fes' 06.

Things are gonna get interesting for Ishiyumi's G-Spring Goddess series.

They had the stage plays, that was part of some sort of event iirc. I think the director (or someone else higher up in 00's production) said he intends to make an animated continuation, but he wants to get the original staff back together for it and a lot of them are busy with other projects atm

Oh it will at some point. The gunpla photos on the website show it's compatible with all the strike packs and the ZAKU Warrior's backpack. Probably can't transform with one equipped tho

Eclipse Gundam uses typical SEED striker pack slot so in theory it can also accept Strike Freedom wings also since the legs go to the front I don't think it would actually be too intrusive in MA form
