The reason why this image is included (both on Pixiv and on here) is to show that the "mock product" depicted in post #3172144 (popular enough to be included in the Fund It! pool here before the author decided to make a real version in limited quantities) CAN ACTUALLY FLOAT. Exactly like depicted in post #3172144.

So its inclusion adds value to the post #3172144 (and post #4588309 and the rest of the Fund It!/Funded! chain). Deleting it leaves the viewer doubtful whether the "product" (mock merch floating cup holder) can float on water at all (like in post #3172144), so it detracts from the overall art.
