Seems to be half-gibberish to me.「股票价格」is more or less "stock(s) values/pricing" and「海图」is, as you may have guessed, a nautical map. I've no idea if the two go together as I'm not familiar with technical economics lingo in Chinese (then again I don't know Wall Street jargon in English either).
Nautical chart is a bad engrish translation and is mostly referring to actual nautical sea maps. In the stock markets, many traders rely on charts to observe stock price movements. Navigate is a more accurate term.
