My rockhound/mineralogist wanna cry seeing people putting wrong mineral in tag: this isn't sapphire_(gemstone), but flourite_(gemstone). Also, why the heck krystal tag was included? Autocorrect?

Probably because クリスタル is included in the (Pixiv/Nico/etc.) "other names" for Krystal, causing tag autosuggestion to drag it in.
Edited the wiki to remove the problematic クリスタル. Especially since クリスタル on Pixiv is a complete mess right now with only like... 30% Star Fox Krystals.

Which I think should be qualified. The Pixiv tag even has one.
I support this.

There's nothing like that in Pixiv page...?
VR-Man was referring to the クリスタル(スターフォックス) tag, which has "Star Fox" as its qualifier (in Japanese).
As for pixiv #90868533 (the source of this post), it is tagged クリスタル, which is likely where the crystal tag got introduced (by tag autotranslate-suggestion).

Because it was on Pixiv, by the artist itself, also the copyright name of the serie.

Danbooru tags don't necessarily confirm to Pixiv tags, and as such uploaders have to be cognizant/aware when picking from the list of autotranslated tags.
And as far as I can tell, the author doesn't even call this original 'copyright' "Krystal". The art collection is called "Minerals' Art Collection" (鉱物画集) and the post is author-tagged with Houseki no Kuni (so, could be a Houseki no Kuni recursive "objectification"). There is the クリスタル tag, but is clear from context that is refers to "crystal" (lower-case), i.e. a crystalline solid material of noticeable size.
Tagging Krystal was an honest mistake. But don't go defending it saying "the artist tagged it Krystal" or "the copyright name of the series is Krystal".

I wasn't entirely defending it, i merely stated the reason why i tagged it with the tag as well, since it was included in the Pixiv tag-list, so please don't misunderstand me.

Hmm, communication hiccups then. I'm sorry for presuming your intentions.
