See, if it wasn't Ichigo, I might bet on Venom. But Hongo's made of indistructibilium,and despite technically being the weakest of the original riders, has managed to kick the ass of absolutely every one or thing he's ever faced. It'll be a hell of a fight, bot Venom's going down.
He would fuck the shit out of Venom. He wouldn't come out alive either. Venom's cool and all, but the only reason Venom is still alive, as well as every other supervillain in American comics, is because the heroes aren't willing to resort to murder. Hongo, however, would send Venom to Hell by kicking him in the face.
Venom's weaknesses are: sound waves, high temperature, electricity... During his transformation Hongou let's out a high pitched screetch from his belt and can do it indefinitely to power up. He also has his "Rider Denkou Kick", which conducts electricity through enything he kicks. So yeah, with this and IQ higher than Reed Richards' (which he does have) he'd defeat Venom.
