"I wanna eat rice (but I want to slim down too!)" is part of the Umapyoi Densetsu lyrics, sung when making that spread_arms=_= pose above (all the Uma-girls will make that exact same face and pose during the post-victory Umapyoi 'concert idol' performance when they reach that part of the song). Of course Oguri gets preoccupied with that one line and starts thinking about it even for other parts of the song and dance routine with different lyrics.
(Also, funnily enough, she's wearing the backup dancer outfit here, which isn't supposed to be making some of the other poses [the Kiss from the Goddess of Victory one], but yannow, Ogurin.)
The spread_arms=_= pose at the bottom of the pic above is also called the "I-wanna-eat-rice Face" (Kome-kuitee Gao) in the Japanese fanbase, and tagged such on Pixiv and Nico.

Aaaand I also dumped the entire Umapyoi Densetsu lyrics into the Umapyoi Densetsu wiki (under a less obtrusive collapsed "Expand" section), because I got sick of looking up the lyrics every time a post references Umapyoi (the song or phrase). A lot of the lines are memetic in their own way. (either because of the associated pose, or it involves a cutesy-sounding portmanteau 'nonsense' word.)
Far more convenient for translators this way. Tag the song, refresh page, follow the wiki and CTRL+F/compare the lyrics, to get the necessary context.

Yeah. I love that pose, although for some reason Nice Nature is much known for doing that pose.
