On another hand, I do really hope to see Agnes in either race or playable to see if she'll live her title as the "All Rounder", but then again applying in practice in game is easy to say than done.

Actually "Hentai" is the main one. The RL horse is called "that HENTAI Horse" all the time (by 'fans'). Or "THE LEGENDARY HENTAI HORSE".
Name actually is a reference to how the RL horse participates in races in a "weird" pattern, switching back and forth between local Japanese and foreign races and doing well in both. Basically a very atypical horse (especially if one also takes into consideration his talent for both short and long distance races). The most atypical one too, probably.
But in-game Digital has "HENTAI" kinda played straight...

Honestly even in the game, her profile literally state she can't stay on one field and "swings" in different tracks.

Then there's her character design. Nearly symmetrical hair/ear decs. Only difference is her left eardec is white while the right is green. And both are obscured by that giant hair bow worn exactly in the center.
Nearly every other uma-girl has asymmetrical hair/ear decs to hint at whether their real-life counterpart is/was a stallion or mare. Main other exception being Fine Motion, and her RL counterpart is a special case (unlike Digital's).
Just seeing this image again and it really play straight on her strengths. A Turft, A Dirt, A in Mile and Medium. While majority of the umas are A in turf and some are E at worse, and B at best (not counting Windy, Falcon and Urara).
