Not really, the tag can be mass edited by a mod/admin. The thing is, do she really deserves her own tag? I mean, she's just a pocket-sized Miku... I'm not against it though. Just that I don't know if we really need to do that.
Chibi Miku needs her own. There's fanart and she's a separate character from regular Miku. The question is, aside from white shirt Chibi Miku or Minami's works, where tagging should stop, since it then becomes hard to tell which is supposed to be Chibi Miku and not just Miku chibified.
Frankly, I think anything that isn't Minami's work (or explicitly fanart of Minami's work) shouldn't be tagged "Chibi-Miku", to be honest (if that tag did come to fruition). Including the original white-shirt Miku, because she's not the same character. (Besides, I think of her as "loli-Miku" rather than "Chibi-Miku", anyway XD) Keep it nice and simple.

This actually raises a separate issue, though. Even if a tag is added for Chibi-Miku, there's still no way of searching for Miku-nee specifically.
Do we narrow down the "Hatsune Miku" tag to only apply to Miku-nee, and thus end up with the odd situation where posts only containing Chibi-Miku don't appear in a "Hatsune Miku" search, or do we need to add another tag for Miku-nee in addition to Chibi-Miku's?
Wouldn't it be easier to just tag the content related to Chibi Miku with the comic's overall title? It'd eliminate the need for more than one new tag, and it'd encompass all the multiple version of characters in Minami's comic series. I say add the comic's title, not a new character tag.

That bubble looks like the critical hits in Ragnarok Online, in which case his Def/Flee would be ignored, but Ragnarok Online monsters rarely have high Crit, so it's probably bad luck.
