Unmanned Seabed Probe
Kinki Yamashiro Engineering SER-30.
An autonomous sea floor probe unit for extended operations.
Equipped with Stirling engines and high-capacity batteries.
The legs for walking also serve as propulsion underwater.
Since it was designed for probing ocean depths from the start, the underside is equipped with probing drills and other devices.
Since its range of application is much more limited than civilian models, the production numbers never went very high.
