Why are the fade panels kinda... falling?

In terms of art, it's probably to show time passing.

This reminds me of something from a that show Magical Nyan Nyan Taruto(Not really my favorite show or anything but It wan't as bad as some other Maho Shojo animes). Well, since there's a tree somewhere beyond the alley and there are cats there. That or something from The Cat returns. Also once again because of cats.

I dont know. I think minami does better 4koma. the manga style she has doesn't like me
