Recently I learnt that the chances of getting certain skills from support cards are tied to the value of the stats matching the card. i.e. Spe's infamous Spirited Devotion card is a Guts card, therefore the higher your guts stats, the higher the chance of getting the skill. https://twitter.com/umamusume_GW/status/1425790887242596358
