"In high spirits", literally. Or more idiomatically "pumped up", "fired up", "excited" or in this specific context "carried away".
The "ageage" variant is schoolgirl slang but is getting kinda out of vogue these days. Using it might make you sound like someone old who's trying to fake "getting in with the times"... a bit like Maruzensky, maybe.

Pythagorean Switch here essentially means a Rube Goldberg machine/process. So the ball hit something and set off a chain reaction knocking down everything. Likely involving the ball ricocheting a few times too.
