also does we need "Kancolle goes wrong" tag? because in pixiv has tag for this for describing OOC condition like this (eg. pure shipgirls become evil or PTSD related stuff)

Well the out of character tag and Unexpectedly Evil pool cover some of those, and maybe you're doing it wrong and pool:Impending_Doom for some others. The Pixiv/Nico tags are quite nebulous though, and basically cover anything that fits "Oh dear, this looks bad". Since, well, it's a pun on "This looks bad".
