Not sure why this has the Noel cosplay tag. Sana's Taurus outfit is not Noel cosplay, it's a cow-print variation of her own normal outfit.

It's because when Noel got animal traits for her new outfit, she was given cow horns and ears. basically making a gag on her being a Holstein cow (Or the Dairy cow for laymans.)
