It's at the very least heavily implied, since Eris is 16 in this series and a high school student whereas Chris is older and owns the café Kazuma and Darkness work at.

Either way... the next page has a direct reference to her... aesthetic augmentation... a detail which was a from canon which was a clue to them being the same person there.
