I'd say so. Looking at the other works by the artist clearly shows Ran going berserk chasing a mouse and breaking Yukari's property in the process.

No... that post... (was posted?) after this one, what happened is that Ran was chasing after a bug with a net, hit Yukair's head with it, making her drop a wehat it seems a sake, and got mad... She put her in a closet and there she is. Look carefully at date of when they were posted

Even in context, my heart explodes looking at that face...
