Excellent art but I'm having a hard time placing this on Raha's personal timeline. By the lack of crystal growths and the staff made of a bit of Crystal Tower, this is post-5.3 on the Source, but he's wearing the Crystal Exarch robes rather than the post-5.3 adventuring gear. (A very well-drawn rendition of the Exarch robes, mind you.) I suppose Tataru might've sewn up an extra replica for him.From looking at this artist's timeline, the artist definitely does know how to draw crystal-enhanced G'raha, so this is probably a deliberate stylistic choice.

The commentary seems to say something along the lines of "dress up", so going by that and the little Tataru in the background we can safely assume it's her handiwork.
