Don't come asking me what's up. There are too many stakeholders involved, and spilling it out doesn't benefit you or me. Pretend that you don't know. For everything else, I can only say it's a complicated matter, and it involves a lot of stuff. Most of the information on the web has been deleted, so only those who know it would get it.

It has since been used either as a sarcasm or jokingly when someone brings up a complicated topic.
