If Aya laid that many eggs, it's probably a (very) good idea for her to eat them. It's how some species eat the placenta(?) of birthed young to regain some of the metric fuckton of nutrients lost in raising the progeny.
I have no idea how Aya can walk after (1) laying that many eggs, and (2), how much energy and nutrients were put into MAKING that many eggs. But this doesn't change the fact that it's actually healthy for Aya to be eating them.
