Coming out as a yukkuri would be creepier.

Didn't we used to have the DDR-parody pic for this manga? What happened to it?

Oh fuck. Every time I remember that comic I have nightmares. And it doesn't help that I'm a bit claustrophobic.

Y'know, it was this very pic that made me read that comic yesterday. For the most part, I was pretty much fine until I tried falling asleep last night, in which I started to become completely paranoid about being chased by those things in the end. I eventually did get some sleep, but that was odd.

And now I'm being paranoid about those things again.

XD It is a bit creepy, and it doesn't have an Ending (looked that way to me). It's one of those one-shot manga that Should have a part 2.

The mangaka really knows how to set a mood.

The Enigma of Amigara Fault is NOTHING compared to Uzumaki, probably the manga Junji Ito is most known for

I read the story yesterday, thought it was blah. I mean, I just couldn't stop thinking about how goddamn stupid people would have to be to do that stuff... natural selection at work. I mean, really, how stupid would you have to be to say "Oh dude, that hole looks just like me! I'll just jump right in!". And even if you were that stupid, your smarter friend would call you an idiot and stop you. By the way, those people would dehydrate and die in three days, and humans don't form into molds. They get torn apart.

You must not have gotten that there was a force at work that was driving these people insane, but you don't know what. Think about it. A hole, exactly your shape, height, and size was formed on a side of a mountain. When you hear about it, you have this unnatural urge to go there even if you don't really want to, but you still do anyway because it's there. Because it's yours. Because it was made for you. But Yukkuris are just planed stupid. And they probably won't die anyway.
