Cirno's Yukkuri. The ONLY yukkuri I (my opinion) find cute enough to be acceptable. But Cirno herself is so adorable too...

Indeed it is. Cirno yukkuri suffer from "This is the result of taking it easy!!!" They're always spaced-out, smiling, and drooling.

Cirno doesnt have enough 9's earnt to control her yukkuri, it's too high-leveled and strong!

I just realized that Cirno, Suika and Flandre's hair colors make up the primary colors.
