There is no difference between the strength needed to rack the slide whether the gun's loaded or not. You still have to overcome the same recoil spring - the force that pulls the round out of the mag and rams it in the chamber is the backward movement of the slide.
Also, I've seen a lot of girls rack the slide properly, and a lot of guys having problems even though they tried to use every fucking limb they got. All at once.
And the Glock 19 has a pretty weak recoil spring. Well, you seem to be Russian, so no wonder you never held a real weapon with the shitty laws. Fuck yeah for being a gun owning Eurofag... ironically enough, from a country your country occupied until 1989.
