I don't know if it's a "hate" as much as a prevention measure to avoid a flood of deviantcrap, at least for danbooru and its ToS. Yes, there's a lot of junk on pixiv too, but that's why so many images go unapproved, yes?

My bad. I've seen a lot of nature and scenery pics, and was under the impression that it was one of the few non-anime things aceepted here.
