Well Eishin is popular in social media about how she's agressive when "seducing" the trainer from day 1 in story along with how she exposes her chest when she wins a race. From various sources I read and hear that most people rolled for Eishin because of her as a character despite her stats being mediocre. Falco on the other hand is a top tier Dart unit but in story lacks progression when trying to flirt.
