    我が国のトレーナーの中では「チヨノオーは鹿みたいで可愛いね」「ウマよりは鹿って感じだな…」
    「これはもう鹿娘だろ‼」

    という感じで「鹿娘」と呼ばれています

    I'm not a horse racing fan so don't know nor am I willing to do a full on research on Chiyo but the artist's commentary roughly translates to "The nickname of Chiyono O of our nation (Japan)". Apparently the commentary describes remarks about Chiyo being more deerlike but not sure where from nor in what form her naming was treated.
