I think:
1. Gakupo is used to this behavior from Luka by now, and will recover shortly.
2. Miku would've prefered not to be- who am I kidding? she's probably out.
3. Kaito would like to trade places with Miku.

I don't think miku's lovable pop-idol face will look quite the same after this...

Nope. Miku does not count. Luka simply runs into her (Miku) while landing the double lariat on Gakupo and Kaito.
