    The magic cancer rock actually spreads really quickly if you're not receiving proper treatment to slow it, more so if your lifestyle is unhealthy, such as being malnourished or sedentary. Some people are luckier than others, of course, since it doesn't matter what rate it spreads at if it starts in critical locations, like the heart or lungs. I believe Popukar's is in her eye, which is pretty bad place to have it.
