same, but i don't think she is stupid at all. i think its just misunderstanding because she was the 9th character in the manual and the lack of difficulty in her bullets spreads.

Dang, if I ever see something like that... darn it, my heart's too soft! She looks so cute! It would be almost impossible to ignore her.

Nah, being an idiot is canon. She's a fairy, after all~
She wasn't the ninth character, she was the ninth objeect on screen in the manual's introduction, and instead of using something like "9. Enemy", the character was instead labeled "9. Idiot."

she doesnt have any sort of formal education, and hangs around all with other fairies who don't either. if she was educated she possibly could be fairly intelligent, but she doesn't. she can apparently read, though, which is more than can be said of other fairies, and the fact that she's a much stronger caster and can take much more damage than the other fairies, she's developed a boastful attitude over the rest of her direct peers, because she is the strongest fairy

She /is/ the strongest fairy. I'd definitely take her home and home school her properly. It'd be like some kind of sappy movie.
