I got worried about the "Let's watch these with everyone again next year" being a death flag, but I quickly realized that the actual significance of it is that if Mahiro is agreeing to that (it's not made certain that he is, since we can't say for sure who that "yeah" speech bubble belongs to), then she's implicitly agreeing to remaining a girl for (at least) another year.

I feel like it's implied that It's Mahiro saying that. First, she smiled at Momiji in response to her statement. And then in the following panel, only two characters have their mouths open; Mahiro and Asahi, but Asahi is busy shouting "Tamaya", and there's an ellipse. Wouldn't make much sense to have the ellipse when shouting.

Actually, I think it's somewhere between "yeah" and "I'll think about it."

At least, that's the nuance that I got from it.
