I don't know about that... considering that Guts' usual enemies are more or less of the same variety as Youmu here, the fact that he has no real powers (I'm not counting his sword or armor) except his natural superhuamn strength and abilities, his array of weapons, his weird ability to escape death, and his "get the kill, NO MATTER WHAT" attitude. I'm not saying Youmu can't win, but I gotta I'm not liking her chances... That and her face tells us the whole story...

Never mind her actual dialogue, which pretty much confirms that she's about to soil herself...

Unfortunately, Youmu could only go on a straight line. Guts will survive a few cuts, figure it out and just side step the moment she declares spell card and have her rush straight into his Dragonslayer.

Besides that, this Youmu is so out of character. She wouldn't be so intimidated by humans like Guts or Reimu.

She's afraid of ghosts despite her master being one and herself being half-ghost. Youmu isn't always logical, like many Touhou characters.
Fighting him in melee isn't such a good idea anyway, given Guts has fought people faster than him before and still won. Youmu would likely be the fastest he's ever fought, but 2000 Yojana in a Flash is a Spellcard, meaning she has to declare it to activate it. That's basically screaming out a warning to Guts to prepare.
Now, if she got her act together she could just fly out of his range and bombard him with danmaku until he's a twitching pile of meat, she could easily win like that as long as wherever they are fighting doesn't have any cover for Guts to hide behind, but the way she's panicking in this pic she's better off just retreating.

She would "declare" her attacks only in a SC battle where both sides use them. Without it, she could use her abilities at will and spam ultra-high speed attacks until the opponent is dead.
The difference boils down to: Who has killed people?
Guts has killed hundreds upon thousands of humans and demons without a second thought.
Has Youmu actually killed anyone?
Other than that, lol powerlevels.
A more realistic take of this matchup is, why would each of them bother to fight each other? Guts only hates demons that kill people and anyone who is a threat to him/gets in his way. Youmu wouldn't even register as a threat. In fact, in recent chapters he's getting a lot softer around children.
Doesn't matter what she hits him with, he's officially survived much worse, and she damn well knows it.
There is also the fact that he is mentally prepared to die at any moment and will fight tooth and nail to the bitter end. No matter if she wins or not. She isn't gonna get out of it unscathed...
