It's the AC Mavors, piloted by the formerly novel-only character XIII. He appears as the bottom most Ranker in the Arena (instead of Exile) once you beat AC3 Portable.

Have you lost your mind?! Thats not XIII. XIII doesn't use Kawasawa. Instead he uses the MWG-XCW/90. He also doesn't have any back weapons. Those grenade launchers plus the kawasawa and moonlight would make him overweight by alot.

But you forget, you have OP-Intensify, which makes that moot.

Except that's exactly how Mavors appears in the game. Literally, part for part. He also clearly has OP-INTENSIFY, since his AC is pretty poorly designed and somehow still manages to speed around decently without losing energy, and fire the cannons in midair. Whether it's an alternate version or not, this is Mavors.

It's an alternate version.
AC3 didn't have Human Plus (Only OP-INTENSIFY, which doesn't allow for Plus Overweight) so they had to remove all the stuff that made it overweight.
