true but what do you expect with it towing two grenade launchers and that rifle which always weighs a ton, btw what's its name anyway used to be the KURASAWA.
It's pretty neat, but I just realized this is a fairly new design because of the head. CHD-GLITCH (head) only appeared in AC3 Portable thus far, though presumably it'll appear in SL and LR Portable as well.
Additionally, this AC is definitely Mavors, which belongs to XIII in the Arena (he was from the AC3 novel and added to AC3P). Note the emblem on the shoulder, which is identical to the ingame one.

Novel? What novel? Do you mean that OVA that never made it to the anime stage? What was it called... Fort Tower Song/Sword?
fort tower SONG... also, if you go to youtube.com, you can see several anime-esque music videos for AC2, AC3, AC3 Silent Line, & AC Last Raven... personally, i'd like to see an armored core anime on TV or DVD... when they first advertised Eureka 7 here in America, i thought it was armored core becase of the head and torso design of the mass-model military mechs......

Fort Tower Song was never produced. The novel I'm referring to is a photonovel serialized in Dengeki Hobby Magazine (though it may be over now), utilizing parts from the model kits to construct original ACs, and telling a comic-style story using them.
