Also kind of odd since chamji did a entire video series about Yukari raising Reimu as a adoptive mother after Reimus mom dies, and im not sure if chamaji is following that story but the creepy doll reimu had in that video series is here.

Do you have a link to this video series? It sounds pretty good.

As for this, from what I've heard so far could be canon with that series pretty easily - even if reimu accepts yukari as her mother in position, Yukari being her biological mother would make her half-youkai, with all that implies.

That one's canonicity within and without the 4koma series is a bit funky, as Sendai Hakurei no Miko is generally just absent from grown-up Reimu's life while Suika and particularly Aunn are absent from her childhood. It's the only time she's ever been drawn by chamaji, as well.

I'd say don't think too hard about the large-scale timeline of a gag manga. Even though all this post is, is thinking about exactly that.

Edit: Also apparently the linked page was a request/commission, so maybe it's the requestor's canon, not real cannon.

Reimu is freaking because Yukari is speaking normally.
