I would've gone with Jouji Nakata. Could go either way. On one hand, Nakata plays Kuma the cat in Sketchbook, and on the other hand Wakamoto was that crazy Chiyo-Dad cat thing in Azumanga.
Why is people so shocked that shes talking? I mean, she IS a vocaloid, a, artificial voice synthesizer, and we have seen them talk a few times in this comic, so it should come with no surprise
