... While people would love to see that happen, let's not forget that Neku's Shibuya and Yozora's Shibuya are two completely separate worlds (just like how La Cite de Cloches and Country of the Musketeers, despite being based on France, are threated as 2 separate worlds on it's entirely.)

Then again, considering the hard realism that KH4 trailer went for compared to the ultra-stylized Japan of the TWEWY games...

Well, according to an interview with Tetsuya Nomura:

Interviewer: "Is Sora in the world of The World Ends With You (a game Nomura previously directed)?"

Tetsuya Nomura said: "It does look like it. But there's more meaning in the fact that it is not Shibuya (渋谷), but Shibuya (シブヤ). Also, Sora promised Neku and the others in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance that he would meet them in Shibuya (シブヤ), but that doesn't mean it's directly connected to this movie."
