This is a chibi villain. He is Aion from Chrono Crusade. I love him lots even though he's a devil...Glomp!

I inked him with a variety of pens, colored him with Prismacolored pencils and a NeoPiko marker. Nod

I love it.

Although...with the random wing on him he's like Sephiroth cosplaying as Aion...it's totally possible! XD
