For one thing, Naruto's headband doesn't have a scratch through the middle of the symbol. I'm not sure if that's why it has the tag, but that's all I noticed.

Shouldn't it? I don't know, it's been a while since I've read Naruto. I thought his headband got scratched during his fight with Sasuke, or was it Sasuke's headband that got scratched?

The scratching through the symbol is a way of showing a character has severed their ties with their village. (ie: Itachi and the other Akatsuki members.) For similar reasons, Sasuke's might be too? He doesn't seem to wear it anymore and I don't really read/watch the series so I wouldn't know what became of it.

As far as the error tag... Sasuke's right hand, maybe? It looks a bit strange there, but that might just be the shading throwing me off.

It doesn't look wrong to me. It obviously could be drawn better, but it looks proper. He's down on his right knee reaching towards Sakura (is he trying to grab her leg?) and his left arm is behind his back. Makes sense to me.

In other words: there is nothing wrong with it.
