That's how the Lake is on the remakes.

Doesn't make sense having the characters in full garments while underwater. Least put them in swimsuits for crying out loud.

This looks like a artist's concept for garados using surf in a battle-that's almost exactly how they look in game, albeit in lower quality drawings.

Or maybe they're underwater near the shore and they are under gyarados looking up towards the surface, in which the trees would be visible from that angle I guess.

It is either a flood or Gyarados used Surf. If you look closely there're floating logs in the background. ^^

I don't remember any swimming garments when you use dive in the game, do you?

uh guys in the remakes heartgold and soulsilver sometimes the lake floods so it looks like this, you can see the tips of the trees then

can gyarados close it's mouth or something?

Please tell me the HeartGold and SoulSilver remakes will be good games. . . . .
