Knowing the presence of the van, and a few other small “Easter eggs” from the previous posts (not related to the way back in time posts), it’s fair to say that the series took place in the mid 60's and before the 70's. (Aka, before the man ever first stepped on the moon.)

Or duck either.

I always found that gravity defying(or spider duck) funny.
