Yeah, this /is/ only the end of this arc, right? I hope we see more of Ruko next arc, but it'd be a bummer if he just reintroduced her without any sort of reunion moment...

Also, note that this is the 400th strip, so it might just be a special one and still go on.

Well Minami sure knows what people wants, I mean, most of the people was expecting a hearthwarming reunion and all that jazz, Im kinda glad I fount an artist that actually has more things in mind aside amusing strangers

- They're singing while walking home; Miku-nee looks back
- She's smiling
- She looks back again and then
- She gets a flash back? o.o°

I think the last two panels should be the other way round - that would make sense to me...

The tree on the right is speaking to her. Clearly Miku-nee has become insane with grief of missing Ruko. This will culminate with her comitting a mass murder-suicide involving most of the other Vocaloids. So yes, the series is over.

Ah, hey, I didn't notice those 'speech lines' before. Is someone speaking to her? Calling to her? IS RUKO BEHIND THEM?

the three panels before the flashback are a bit confusing... maybe a shot of the bench where they used to hang out would've made more sense before showing the flashback so at least we know where Miku-nee is actually looking

My first tought was that someone calle Miku-nee from behind and she turned, and when she faced the person who called her, flashback sets in, because she sees Ruko, and it now feels just like it did back when she was a kid.

Jeez I don't see one bit of happy here, c'mon everyone!

My thought, Miku walked home with chibi miku and haku, then suddenly she saw the flashback. Then a happy smile coming in. At that time, Haku and chibi miku already walked far from her, so they called her to join them.

Well, if that was the case, wouldn't minami put "The End" somewhere in the corner of the last panel? That's what was done for the kitty-miku side story.

Maybe you guys should give Minami's new comic Trouble Spirit some love. I check on that when it's translated and I laugh my A** off.

Your translation fails. You got the most important part wrong. That quote actually translates as "And thus, at strip 400, the reunion arc is over. Thank you for following it this whole way. Thanks to all of you, this comic has reached four hundred strips. I'm thinking of celebrating it with some kind of event, but... well, I'll get back to you on that. Everyone who has supported me all this time, thank you very much. I hope you continue to do so in future."

Like I said, the comic is not over. And if you want proof, here's another quote from his homepage:
