From what I can find, it looks like this girl is the mascot for some sort of Japanese snack but I'm not sure what it is. I found a few images of it if anyone can identify if she has a name or needs a different copyright tag.

Looks like the artist, Kenich Sonoda, also owns this 440-year old confectionery which sells this lemon candy, whose mascot he designed. From a news article and the store's yahoo page there doesn't seem to be a name for said mascot, though.
